Beta support that helps us fix the app.
Annotator is still in beta. The fastest useful report includes the build number, Mac model, macOS version, display setup, and a short screen recording when the issue is visual.
Contact
Email support@useannotator.com. Include whether the issue happened while drawing, switching displays, moving the toolbar, clearing ink, or quitting from the menu bar.
Install notes
- Download the newest beta from the download page.
- If macOS blocks the build, right-click the app and choose Open while signing is being completed.
- If the toolbar is off-screen, use the menu bar icon to show or reset it.
Known beta areas
- Multi-display toolbar movement and full-display overlay behavior are still being tested heavily.
- Unsigned builds are for private testing, not broad public distribution.
- Long drawing sessions should be reported if ink latency increases over time.
